SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please double check your address. Make sure it is correct and not missing any relevant information for delivery. 

  • How can I order?
    You can order our Candles via this Google Form Link: https://forms.gle/tW4ThPRTL5Srm1NQ8 Then we will send an email to confirm your order plus payment and tracking details.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at carmelitacandles.ph@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Absolutely! Free local delivery is available for orders over 1000 pesos within area of Metro Manila. For orders under 600, we charge 40 pesos for local delivery. Deliveries are made from 9:00-6:00 pm on Weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    We offer international shipping to the following countries: Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Korea, China, Brunei, India, Vietnam, USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, and South Africa. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic certain areas of the nation are experiencing delays. *Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Refunds, returns, and exchanges?"
    We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carmelitacandles.ph@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • What are the acceptable modes of payment?
    We accept payments thru Debit and Credit Cards, Gcash, and PayMaya.
  • Do you test on Animals?
    We will never test on animals and all products are 100% animal cruelty-free.
  • What kind of wax do you use for your candles?
    Carmelita Candles are made from 100% Soy Wax. It’s made from soybeans a natural renewable source, with no toxins/pollutants, Biodegradable and water-soluble.
  • Are your candles really that fragrant?
    Carmelita's scented candles are fragranced by pure (100%) essential oils made from plants. It's very much Fragrant.
